The Registered Nurse (RN) — Pediatric Home Healthcare, PRN role provides onsite care in patients’ homes in the Blairsville, GA area. Pay is $45–$50 per hour. The nurse supports pediatric patients with medical complexities and their families. The role provides individualized skilled nursing care, monitors patient status, and carries out prescribed treatments in the home. It also helps families and caregivers understand pediatric care and coordinates with clinicians and other members of the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients at home
• administer prescribed medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments
• assess vital signs, respiratory status, and overall health
• manage G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support as needed
• educate families and caregivers
• document in electronic medical records
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.

Why this role

Requires an active Georgia RN license, one to two years of pediatric nursing experience, and current BLS/CPR certification. PRN flexible shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends.
