What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and exterior areas
• mow lawns, trim shrubs, edge walkways, and remove weeds
• collect and dispose of outdoor trash and debris
• remove snow and ice as required
• operate groundskeeping equipment
• clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• vacuum, sweep, mop, empty trash, restock supplies, and clean surfaces
• perform minor maintenance
• crush metal and bale cardboard using compactor machines
• assist with facility setups and breakdowns
• report maintenance issues and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
