• Independently set up, operate, and change over multiple textile machines
• operate at least two looms and/or cards in combination
• troubleshoot machine and material issues
• inspect goods and document results
• maintain quality and productivity
• perform daily preventive maintenance
• follow safety procedures
• help maintain standard operating procedures
• contribute to continuous improvement and train others as needed.
