Master Mechanic (Budget Truck - FT) in West Allis, WI. This is an onsite position with a pay rate of $30.00/hour, plus a $3,000 retention bonus. This role exists to perform advanced automotive and truck repair, diagnosing and fixing complex issues the right way the first time, directly supporting customer uptime and reliability.

What you'll do

• Perform standard and complex mechanical repairs, including warranty work, on a fleet of newer cargo vans and box trucks.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, exhaust systems, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning, and onboard computer systems.
• Act as a technical expert and mentor to other technicians.
• May drive Budget Trucks on public roads for testing or transport needs.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive or truck repair experience
