What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
• observe and report changes in health, behavior, or physical condition
• assist with medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions
• provide companionship and encourage participation in community activities
• maintain clean, organized, and safe living areas
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• respond to emergencies according to established procedures.
