What you'll do

• Receive, review, document, process, sort, and deliver mail and materials
• use package-tracking equipment
• scan mail and email saved files to recipients
• transport materials between departments and locations
• deliver office supplies and copy paper
• inspect deliveries for suspicious items
• operate a company vehicle
• answer calls and provide customer service
• prepare outbound courier shipments
• maintain logs and records
• process print requests
• cross-train and provide support at assigned work locations.
