What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce company policies, procedures, standards, training, and cultural expectations
• recruit, onboard, and train employees
• supervise cash management and payroll procedures
• oversee employee training and development
• coordinate manager meetings
• maintain the facility and task calendar
• respond to guest complaints and inquiries
• ensure food quality and guest experience standards
• monitor restaurant financials, P&L, and forecasting
• communicate company updates
• coach and develop the Assistant General Manager and Service Managers.
