What you'll do

• Assist with bid coordination, invitations, subcontractor response tracking, and bid documents
• conduct quantity take-offs and estimates for trades or project components
• review subcontractor bids for completeness and scope compliance
• maintain subcontractor and vendor databases
• assist with proposals and presentations
• support estimators with software and best practices
• organize bidding schedules, drawings, and specifications
• communicate with subcontractors
• support estimating software training and process documentation.
