Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Service Coordinator works onsite in Oxford, MA, supporting the Massachusetts Service department. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Receive service calls by telephone and email
• serve as the first point of contact for service customers
• resolve customer issues
• coordinate with technicians
• facilitate workflow from quotation through invoicing
• process billings, charge-backs, and warranties
• order parts for service and repair jobs
• maintain service files and calendars
• complete customer pre-qualification forms
• book lodging for technicians as needed
• schedule and dispatch technicians to balance workload.
