Senior CNC Machine Operator — Day Shift

The Senior CNC Machine Operator — Day Shift role is onsite in Morgan Hill, CA, with pay of $24–$27 per hour. Kalman Manufacturing develops and produces high-precision products from prototypes through production for customers including medical and global positioning systems markets. This operator runs machining centers independently from setup through completion, following job documentation and inspecting parts to support safe, accurate, efficient production and ISO 9001 compliance.

What you'll do

• Operate machining centers from written and verbal instructions
• review job travelers, setup instructions, drawings, and inspection forms
• load raw material into vises and fixtures
• deburr and inspect parts
• report non-conformances
• maintain an organized work area
• suggest process improvements
• follow ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements
• and train other operators as appropriate.
