What you'll do

• Coordinate patient care among the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and operating-room staff
• function as first assistant during authorized procedures
• participate in preoperative assessment and planning
• perform circulating and scrubbing duties
• support sterile technique, surgical counts, patient positioning and preparation, and relevant documentation
• mentor and educate staff members.
