Retail Floor Lead

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the sales floor
• support customer experiences and provide product knowledge
• prepare fitting rooms and assist customers with sizing and fit
• guide daily store operations when managers are absent
• motivate the sales team toward goals
• lead store projects
• communicate inventory needs
• support maintenance, merchandising, opening and closing procedures.
