Environmental Services Manager (Evenings)

What you'll do

• Establish and review housekeeping standards and procedures
• plan work and staffing schedules
• assist with hiring, interviewing, and training
• orient, develop, and supervise housekeeping supervisors and staff
• conduct inspections and make recommendations
• report goals and plans
• provide staff education
• communicate with staff, administration, and departments
• coordinate outside services including pest control, window cleaning, waste, document destruction, and recycling.
