Disaster Recovery Programmer Support Consultant

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and manage RESTful and SOAP API codebases and features
• identify and remediate bugs across disaster recovery systems and applications
• create and maintain disaster recovery procedures and recovery-plan documentation
• coordinate with DevOps on system maintenance and manage DR test-day execution and reporting
• develop reporting features and perform ad hoc reporting and monthly metrics analysis
• track and escalate testing issues through resolution
• conduct external vendor reviews
• review and monitor disaster recovery KRIs
• script and automate recovery-plan creation in the Fusion Risk Management System.
