The Registered Nurse (RN) West 7 Quality and Flow Nurse role is an onsite position based in Rochester, NY, with a pay range of $38.76 to $50.33 per hour. This role supports the West 7 General Medicine/Surgical unit, which is partnered with the UR Medicine Complex Care Center to provide specialized care for patients with complex health conditions. This role exists to assist with patient admissions, discharges, and other unit needs to improve flow and quality of care. The nurse collaborates with the healthcare team to provide professional nursing services and evidence-based care to support positive patient outcomes.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

Experience
