The assistant manager helps lead store operations, customer service, staffing, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and cash handling. The position helps maintain store coverage and performance and may act as manager when the Store Manager is away. Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts, is required.

What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations
• run the register and assist customers
• coach team members on upselling
• help hire, train, and lead staff
• act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• maintain store cleanliness
• create team schedules
• handle cash, deposits, and store financials.
