What you'll do

• Track food supplies and products and submit ordering needs to the Cider Mill Manager
• assist with seasonal and event menu development
• create and ensure execution of standard operating procedures and cleaning logs
• advise the scheduler on hiring and scheduling needs
• train and supervise food-area employees
• address employee concerns and customer complaints
• monitor cleanliness, product rotation, food safety, and quality
• prepare food establishments for business
• open registers and support staff with daily till needs
• create daily break schedules.
