What you'll do

• Oversee shifts and direct team members
• uphold food quality, sanitation, cleanliness, customer service, safety, and security standards
• manage cash handling and operational costs
• set up registers and support shift transitions
• train team members when requested
• complete reports and other shift administration
• conduct operational walk-throughs. Higher levels also manage inventory, food orders, staffing, and food costs, and may mentor junior Shift Managers.
