Operations Manager – VA Safe Haven

What you'll do

• Oversee Residential Aide activities and facility operations
• monitor compliance with VA housing and safety requirements
• coordinate safety training and inspections
• manage facility supplies, inventory, budgets, maintenance, and vehicle upkeep
• supervise staff and approve timesheets
• support resident transportation and medication documentation
• monitor cleanliness, safety, and incident records
• respond to emergencies.
