What you'll do

• Analyze cases and identify immigration relief pathways
• advise and represent clients
• assess client goals, eligibility, and personal narratives
• draft declarations, affidavits, motions, and other legal documents
• develop strategies for backlogged or evidence-limited cases
• represent clients in USCIS and Immigration Court proceedings
• monitor immigration law and policy changes
• review case submissions
• collaborate on active cases and firm initiatives.
