What you'll do

• Launch and lead daily warehouse-store operations
• build, coach, and lead a team of 15–25 or more across warehouse, front desk, and retail
• own store KPIs
• create and execute procedures for receiving, processing, picking, customer pickup, bin replenishment, and daily close
• work with technology, support, and executive teams to launch tools and scale operations
• represent BuyWander to customers and uphold high standards.
