What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors and manage waiting-area flow
• maintain reception and waiting areas
• answer and route calls and respond to general inquiries
• assist with forms and insurance inquiries
• maintain confidential patient records
• process payments, respond to billing inquiries, and schedule follow-ups
• assist with approved social media content, referral tracking, marketing displays, review monitoring, community events, and new-patient communications
• verify insurance eligibility and prepare documentation for clinical appointments.
