Family Support Manager — Southwest Florida, Collier

Compensation is $0 per year. The Family Support Manager role is based in Naples, FL, with work primarily in the community served across Southwest Florida. Better Together’s Better Families Program supports families in crisis and works to keep children out of foster care and families together. The manager assesses family needs and strengths, matches families seeking support with approved volunteer host or mentor families, and develops individualized support plans. Ongoing coaching and guidance help families carry out those plans and work toward successful reunification and safe, permanent homes for children.

What you'll do

• Assess the needs and strengths of parents, children, and volunteer families
• evaluate service needs and recommend actions
• collaborate with regional staff to match volunteer support families with families seeking help
• develop individualized support plans and build agreement on next steps
• provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, guidance, and resources to support plan implementation and progress toward goals.
