Customer Relations Associate

Job overview

The Customer Relations Associate role is onsite in Muncie, IN; compensation is $18–$35 per hour. The position supports the A-Team at Leo Chevy Indy and Stoops of Muncie, serving as an initial point of contact for prospective dealership customers. The associate makes outbound calls to begin customer relationships and set appointments for Solution Specialists, helping create a positive first impression without being responsible for closing sales.

What you'll do

• Make approximately 200–250 outbound calls daily to prospective car buyers
• set appointments for Solution Specialists
• communicate with prospective customers and build relationships

• use a computer and maintain a positive, professional manner.
