What you'll do

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and families
• offer comfort and companionship during grief, uncertainty, and end-of-life transitions
• support people of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds
• collaborate with the hospice care team
• document visits and patient interactions accurately
• provide support to families experiencing loss and grief, as appropriate.
