What you'll do

• Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from award through closeout
• own budgets, schedules, forecasts, and profitability
• review plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals
• manage RFIs, change orders, procurement, and subcontractors
• coordinate with general contractors, field leadership, vendors, and customers
• monitor labor productivity, costs, and financial performance
• lead meetings and communication
• manage closeout documentation and customer relationships.
