What you'll do

• Complete multi-step bioinformatics data-analysis tasks
• write bioinformatics questions with exact, objective answers
• select and anonymize data from public archives or unpublished lab data
• use scientific software, code, and command-line tools to produce reproducible analyses and structured outputs
• develop Jupyter validation notebooks in Python or R
• interpret and communicate results, assumptions, uncertainty, and conclusions.
