What you'll do

• Set, clear, clean, and reset tables
• maintain dining-room and service-station readiness
• run food by table and seat and check plates against tickets
• communicate missing items, delays, and guest needs
• provide water and basic table maintenance as assigned
• restock supplies
• support expo, takeout, banquets, events, and outdoor service when trained and assigned
• complete opening, cleaning, sanitation, and closing tasks.
