What you'll do

• Provide individual and group counseling, case management, education, outreach, and referrals
• conduct intake and orientation and contribute to assessments and treatment plans
• conduct and document breathalyzer or saliva tests as appropriate
• prepare progress reports
• maintain participant records and schedules
• communicate with supervisors and support staff
• follow confidentiality and program policies.
