What you'll do

• Lead and supervise night-shift staff, including certified nursing assistants and licensed practical nurses
• monitor resident care and documentation
• respond to urgent resident needs and provide skilled nursing care
• administer medications and follow physician orders
• communicate significant changes in resident status to healthcare providers and incoming shifts
• oversee incident reports, admissions, discharges, and care transitions
• ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and facility policies.
