What you'll do
- Maintain corporate records and entity compliance
- prepare board and committee materials
- support financing transactions and closing logistics
- track investor and credit-agreement obligations
- manage legal projects, outside counsel, vendors, budgets, and reporting
- improve legal workflows and support evaluation and governance of AI tools.
