What you'll do

• Partner with Data Center Operations to understand workflows and pain points
• map processes and identify efficiency opportunities
• develop and support internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions
• translate operational needs into requirements
• test and refine solutions
• create SOPs, user guides, and training materials
• support adoption
• collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Supply Chain
• track adoption, time saved, manual effort, errors, and solution health.
