Regional Property Manager

What you'll do

• Manage multiple priorities and support regional teams

• hire, supervise, and support on-site property managers, janitorial, and maintenance teams
• ensure regulatory compliance
• maintain resident relationships and handle escalated issues
• assist with contract negotiations and renewals
• monitor property management and vendor performance
• travel within Iowa and surrounding states as needed.
