What you'll do

• Supervise freezer shipping and receiving associates and office clerks
• assign duties and schedule breaks, work hours, and vacations
• assist warehouse supervisors and associates with policies and procedures
• oversee deliveries and shipments
• investigate loading, data-entry, delivery, and manifest discrepancies
• follow up on customer concerns
• oversee sanitation practices and load-seal policies
• remain flexible to work any shift as business needs require.
