The Behavior Technician (BT) role is onsite in Darien, CT, with a part-time schedule described as Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and flexible weekends. Pay is $20–$29 per hour. ABA A Step at a Time Care is a parent-founded and clinician-led applied behavior analysis company focused on children’s outcomes and evidence-based practices. The technician delivers one-to-one therapy and implements treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, documenting progress and collaborating with families and team members to support client goals.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or communities
• implement BCBA-designed treatment plans
• collect and document client progress data
• collaborate with families and team members
• maintain a safe and positive therapy environment
• protect client confidentiality
• follow the BACB code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians
• continue professional development.
