Territory Business Development Representative

The representative develops referral relationships and generates qualified opportunities, client admissions, and service hours within an assigned territory. What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with professional referral sources
• identify prospects through market research, calls, email, visits, networking, and community outreach
• represent Helping Hearts at approved meetings and events
• generate qualified leads and convert appropriate opportunities into clients
• present services and guide referral partners through the referral process
• monitor local market trends and identify growth opportunities
• maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and timely follow-up
• report activity and performance
• collaborate with operations, scheduling, recruiting, marketing, and leadership.
