What you'll do

• Work claims for major crops, policy and plan types, and stages of growth
• communicate claim regulations and interpretations to producers, agents, and company staff
• stay current with RMA requirements
• complete and maintain CAPP certification when working MPCI claims
• maintain a state adjuster license where required
• conduct field inspections, read maps and aerial photos, measure fields, climb storage bins, and discuss loss findings with producers.
