IT Systems & Knowledge Specialist

Job overview

The IT Systems & Knowledge Specialist role is onsite in Cordova, TN, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional evening or weekend hours may be required. Compensation is not specified. The role supports technology services across the YMCA of Memphis & The MId organization. The specialist provides end-user technical support while strengthening IT operations through standardized processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing. The work helps keep systems reliable and secure and reduces interruptions to employees’ work.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and basic network issues
• deploy and configure computers and peripherals
• manage workstation provisioning, user accounts, and access permissions
• maintain IT asset records and support documentation
• document service requests and resolutions
• identify recurring issues and process improvements
• and provide user guidance and training.
