What you'll do

• Lead multiple or large-scale structural engineering projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments
• develop project plans and coordinate across offices
• support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, field observations, and change coordination
• build client relationships and contribute to pursuits
• prepare fee proposals with senior leadership input
• mentor junior engineers and designers
• monitor budgets and receivables
• evaluate existing conditions and author technical reports
• uphold safety and company standards.
