What you'll do

• Review technology transfer agreements against approved templates and current policy
• review intellectual property and Controlled Unclassified Information provisions
• identify export control considerations and coordinate with subject-matter experts
• document and assess deviations and recommend next steps
• maintain review checklists and issue logs
• identify recurring issues and provide feedback to policy and technology transfer teams
• support timely reviews during periods of increased volume.
