Resident Care Coordinator & Clinical Lead (RN/LPN) Adult Family Home. Snohomish, WA | Full-Time | RN: $50–55/hr, LPN $44-48/hr A Different Kind of Nursing Role. This position is first and foremost a nursing role. You ll spend most of your time providing direct care to medically complex residents in our Adult Family Home.
