Water and Fire Restoration Technician

Job overview

The Water and Fire Restoration Technician role is onsite in Norman, OK. Pay is $19–$23 per hour, based on experience. The team serves Central Oklahoma property owners recovering from fire, water, or mold damage. The technician performs mitigation work that helps make damaged homes livable again, including extraction, demolition, cleaning, drying-equipment setup and monitoring, and job documentation. The role also supports equipment readiness, safety, and clear team updates.

What you'll do

• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, equipment setup, monitoring, and takedown
• document progress using MICA and RMS
• provide end-of-day updates
• clean and organize work areas, vehicles, and equipment
• change drying-equipment filters
• maintain safety gear
• inspect vehicles, ladders, and tools
• and report supply shortages.
