Working across marketing, merchandising, planning, product, technology, and sales, the role uses commercial analysis and hands-on execution to improve revenue, margin, product mix, customer engagement, and lifetime value across channels.

What you'll do

• Define and evolve assortment architecture across categories and channels
• identify assortment growth and refinement opportunities
• partner with merchandising, product development, and planning on category priorities and price ladders
• develop category growth strategies
• lead pricing and promotional frameworks
• improve customer journeys across e-commerce, catalogs, and inbound phone sales
• align campaigns with category priorities
• monitor revenue, margin, average order value, product mix, SKU productivity, and promotional effectiveness
• recommend and drive improvements using quantitative analysis and customer insights.
