What you'll do

• Support the order-to-invoice process
• research and resolve billing issues
• assist accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and collections
• cover service coordination during high volume or PTO
• follow up on repair quotes
• create service work orders and track installation orders
• coordinate parts availability and scheduling
• contact customers about preventive maintenance and repair status
• travel to other branches as needed, approximately 15% of the time.
