The Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor role is onsite in Barre, VT. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports housekeeping and laundry departments at Berlin Health & Rehabilitation Center and helps maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents. The role exists to oversee daily departmental operations while remaining hands-on. The supervisor schedules, trains, and supports staff, monitors cleanliness and infection-control practices, manages supplies and equipment, and coordinates with facility leadership to address operational needs and resident satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping and laundry staff
• oversee procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary resident environment
• monitor infection-control practices and safety standards
• conduct inspections and address corrective needs
• assign duties and monitor performance
• manage supplies, inventory, and equipment
• ensure laundry and housekeeping tasks meet established standards
• collaborate with facility leadership and other departments
• provide hands-on support and resolve daily operational challenges.
