The Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Wilmington, NC, providing in-clinic services. Pay is $18.50–$24 per hour. Willow ABA Services provides behavioral health services for young people and offers fieldwork guidance for staff working toward the Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential. The lead technician implements direct therapy, records client progress, and supports treatment programming under BCBA supervision. The role also mentors and trains RBTs and helps prepare a team member pursuing BCBA certification.

What you'll do

• Implement direct therapy using trained ABA skills
• collect and record session data and graph progress
• receive BCBA supervision and accrue fieldwork hours on paid time
• demonstrate programming for parents
• support novel-client coverage, baseline sessions, assessments, treatment plans, and client reviews
• mentor and train RBTs and new staff.
