What you'll do

• Conduct face-to-face intake and biopsychosocial assessments
• coordinate admission notifications with the Intake Assistant
• advise families about the intake process
• liaise with therapists, residents, families, and staff on intake and discharge requirements
• follow up with referral sources
• maintain admissions logs and records
• assist with intake and therapy scheduling.
