Assistant Project Manager

Job overview

The Assistant Project Manager role is onsite in Madison, WI, and pays $60,000–$85,000 per year. The position supports construction project delivery across office and field operations. What you'll do

• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers
• track milestones and deliverables
• maintain project logs, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and document control
• assist with contracts, purchase orders, invoices, costs, and progress billings
• conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• coordinate office and field teams
• support client communication and project meetings.
