Director of Investments

The Director of Investments role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with a base salary of $105,000–$125,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus and transaction commission on closed acquisitions. The role leads Draxord’s multifamily investment, financing, and asset-management activities. The position exists to guide transactions and portfolio oversight from sourcing and underwriting through financing, closing, refinancing, and value creation. It provides executive management with decision-ready analysis and reporting while leading the Investments team and coordinating with brokers, lenders, property managers, and other partners.

What you'll do

• Identify and recommend investment properties
• oversee underwriting, investment analysis, and due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings
• build financial models
• coordinate transaction third parties
• lead debt and equity structuring and financing relationships
• prepare financing presentations and executive updates
• review property reporting and analyze performance
• coordinate asset-management reporting and follow-up
• and lead, hire, train, and coach the Investments team. Frequent travel across the United States is required.
