Construction Manager

The Construction Manager role is hybrid in Apex, NC, with four days per week in the office and one remote workday permitted under company policy. The annual salary range is $150,000–$190,000, based on experience and qualifications; additional compensation may include commissions and bonuses. Serving as owner’s representative and project manager, this role guides assigned projects from concept through completion. It coordinates design, construction, budgets, schedules, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery and operational turnover.

What you'll do

• Guide projects through the phased development process
• coordinate project programming, design and construction deliverables, and turnovers
• manage design and construction
• coordinate structured cabling and data center turnover requirements
• develop schedules and budgets
• administer design RFPs and general contractor bidding
• qualify and select design teams and contractors
• review designs for value engineering
• manage invoices and pay applications
• conduct progress meetings and site visits
• report project risks, scope, and cost changes.
